Thank you for your compliment. I must admit, I have a very full schedule, I like to lift weights for definition, plus it is great for burning calories. If I get into a bit of a slump and go without exercising for a few weeks, I won't lose my tone. If I go longer, say a month and start up again, "muscle memory" kicks in!!! This is one of the many benefits of weight lifting!! I cannot workout 5 x per week like I used to, so for now 3 x per week is good enough. Some activity is better than no activity at all.
My New Year's Resolution is to seriously start working out again 5 x per week. That goes along with discipline as well. LOL
I also enjoy kick boxing when I get the chance, yoga I do every now & again for flexibility and mellowing out late in the evenings.
